phone: 416-476-8215 Born and raised in rural Central Alberta, Cam earned a degree in Chemical Process Operations and Power Engineering then entered the oil and gas sector, more specifically the production equipment manufacturing sector. Working with the start up company Chadco Canada, Cam was instrumental in growing the company to revenues of over $10,000,000 in 5 years. Working in all aspects of the manufacturing industry including design, procurement, sales, project management and quality control, he helped in the creation of a highly technical manufacturing company. Chadco Canada was purchased by a group of investors including Cam and many of the employee’s in 1998. Delaney Energy Manufacturing was created with the purchase of Chadco Canada and Cam became the GM of the Manufacturing division. Over the next 4 years he continued to grow the division and revenues to over $18,000,000, a staff of over 100, and expanded the product line to include refinery components and compressors. Delaney Energy was later acquired by another company. Cam moved to Toronto and started the Armadillo Card Company to manufacture and sell a debit card protection device. His product, the Armadillo Card Guard is sold to companies such as Bank of Montreal, CIBC, Safeway, and a host of other companies. Cam has since sold Armadillo to focus on his passion, the Environmental Electric Company Inc. Kevin Delaney, DirectorWith 27 years of experience behind him, Kevin is a leader and a strategist in the oil field services industry. His background includes founding KMK Wireline Services Ltd. in 1990 and Delaney Energy Services Corp. in 1998. Both of those companies were later acquired by other organizations. As a result of his leadership capabilities, knowledge of the industry, relationships with clients and a strong entrepreneurial team, Pure Energy Services Partnership was formed in 2001. Born in Ottawa and raised in Red Deer, he and his family have called Calgary home since 1980. Kevin was also a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2005. Bob Watkin, DirectorRobert G. Watkin is a retired lawyer residing in Toronto. He obtained degrees in the Arts and the Law from Queen's University and practiced law in downtown Toronto. His practice was based in corporate and commercial law and insolvency law with a particular focus on secured financing and restructuring. Since his retirement he has served on the board and executives, including the positions of Chair and President, of several charities and community organizations and has been involved in the planning of many community events. Thomas Timmins, AdvisorMr. Timmins practices corporate and securities law as a Partner with Dale & Lessmann with a particular emphasis on private equity, venture capital investment and wind energy law. Mr. Timmins acts regularly on behalf of emerging companies seeking finance, underwriters and advisors, foreign investment groups looking to purchase business assets in North America and private equity funds seeking acquisition targets in the Canadian market. Mr. Timmins serves on a number of corporate boards and is a regular speaker and university lecturer on matters of corporate governance, wind energy law, contract law and venture capital investment. Prior to joining Dale & Lessmann, Mr. Timmins worked with the Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) and,prior to that, as an instructor with the Canadian Outward Bound Wilderness School. A member of the Canadian Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada, the National Club, the Canadian Wind Energy Association and Canada’s Venture Capital Association, Mr. Timmins also serves as a director of the Toronto chapter of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee of the American Bar Association. Mr.Timmins also currently serves as Chair of the Board of Governors of the Children’s Own Museum. Born and raised in Chatham, Ontario, Mr. Timmins lives with his spouse and three children in Toronto’s Roncesvalles neighbourhood. |
